Out for ice cream

Actually it was frozen yogurt, but it was still very yummy! We spontaneously made a special outing just for ice cream. The last time we went out for ice cream was when great grandma, great grandpa, and great aunt Debbie were out to visit!

Lauren's artistic explosion

Lauren was particularly quiet while I was getting ready for work the other morning. Nicole was still resting in bed while Sophie played around.
Turns out Lauren found a blue transparency marker and went from her coloring book to the wall to the carpet to the railing to a vase to our Chinese art scroll from Gulin! Looks like I need to break out the paint. (sigh)

ALL crayons, markers, pens and pencils are now way out of reach!
